BIG SEXY NOISE
Immaginatevi i Big Black, cacciateci dentro un sax morbido e sensuale, un cantato da una donna con una voce che manco Charles Bukowski de li mejo tempi andati e un mid tempo spaccaossa con bassi belli pieni e tondi. Il tutto suonerà come un blues nero e catramoso dalle esplosioni industrial e arrangiamenti punk che si avvicinano alla performance art. La voce di Lydia (classe '55), chiamata Lunch per la sua capacità di procacciarsi pranzi gratis quando viveva nella casa comune a New York (erano gli anni 70) con altri artisti affamati e mezzi tossici, ha una voce al vetriolo, bassa e cavernosa per una donna ma sexy, terribilimente attraente, mi sbilancio: quasi arrapante! Un disco nero, metropolitano e che toglie il fiato. C'è anche una versione noise di "That Smell" dei Lynyrd Skynyrd che per me è fantasatica ma i gusti so' gusti non cacate il cazzo... e la cover di "Kill Your Sons" scritta da Lou Reed...
